Ok so the basic recipe I work off is:
180 grams of butter
2 and a third cups of gf flour
How ever much sugar you want.
You cream the butter and sugar and then add the two eggs, mix and add the flour.
We will be subbing honey for sugar and chia seed eggs for eggs.
The chia seed eggs are easy, 1 table spoon of chia seeds and three tablespoons and water. Let it rest for ten then stir and use.
First cream the butter and honey, I added some cinnamon and nutmeg to give it some flavor.
